VIRGINIA STATE SERIES RACE #1 RESCHEDULED TO SEPTEMBER 13 The Virginia State Series Qualifier # at NOVA BMX has been rescheduled and will be held on September 13th at NOVA BMX. VIRGINIA STATE SERIES AND PRO AM ON APRIL 1 CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER The first qualifier of the 2008 Virginia State Series is saturday April 5 at NOVA BMX has been cancelled due to weather. Check the State site for all the details! There will be a PRO AM at each of the State Races this year. Open fee is $25 with 100% payback. Amatuers have to also race in class to enter. WAKEFIELD SKATEPARK TO HAVE A BMX JAM ON APRIL 6 Wakefield Skatepark's Bike Fest 2008 will feature Mike Spinner and Nigel Sylvester of Mirraco. They will be doing a demo and judging the competition there at the park. And a special thanks to those who sent in photographs of themselves in their jerseys. It was a tough job trying to decide which picture was the coolest, so the VABMX Webmaster decided that they all were the coolest. had 17 riders that participated in The 2007 President's Cup Race in
Columbus Ohio on 12/27 - 12/29. Virginia Placed 11th and won $200. Jordan

All ages welcome, riders bring tent, sleeping bag, race bikes and race gear. Lunch & Dinner provided on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday morning. $35 per NBL licensed rider, $25 per rider family discount. Sunday Race fees included!
